The Situation
A European technology company was bringing a 14-person project team to London for an eight-week assignment. The employees were arriving in two groups and needed furnished accommodation for the full project period.
The company wanted to avoid hotels for an extended stay, and preferred homes with proper living space, reliable Wi-Fi and easy access to its project locations.
