What Reforium does
Reforium connects companies that need accommodation for staff with short-term rental operators in Greater London. We shortlist vetted, fully furnished homes based on a company's brief. We are not a party to the booking itself: the company books and pays the operator directly, on the operator's own terms.
For companies
Using Reforium to request a shortlist is free. Submitting a request does not commit you to booking anything. Once you choose a property, your contract is with the operator, not with Reforium, and the operator's own booking, cancellation and payment terms apply.
For operators
Becoming a Reforium partner is subject to a separate partner agreement, provided once your application is approved. That agreement sets out commission, fees, primary partner status for your area, and how the arrangement can end. Where anything in that agreement differs from this page, the partner agreement applies.
Accuracy of information
We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every detail about every property is current, since this depends on information provided by operators. Reforium is an introduction and coordination service. Bookings are made directly between the company and the operator under the operator's own booking terms, and Reforium is not a party to that contract. To the extent permitted by law, Reforium is not liable for the condition of a property, an operator's performance, or any loss arising from a stay. You agree not to use this site or its forms to submit false information, or for any unlawful purpose. We may remove access to the site or refuse a request or application at our discretion.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you have a complaint, please email contact@reforium.com first and we will try to resolve it informally..
